I dont think that Starbury should be deleted. That will effect the league even more then Deleting Jay Z and Swat. I dont wanna sound stupid or anything but it should be my choice of who I want to delete. I know I should be penalized for what I did but if it were up 2 me. Id delete Q York , and Swat or Jay Z and keep starbury. That will hurt and1 badly after their terrific season. Both teams which Swat and Jay Z are on pretty bad teams  . Thats just my opinion. Also and1 would probably be out of contending for a championship with the deletion of Starbury. Leave comments or whatever.... |

I get 25 points each for two players. The is supposed to be compensation for losing my best player (Starbury) and my first round pick (Q-York) who was also deleted. And1 is just screwed, plain and simple!
What do I think is fair? Starbury should get to play out the season w/o upgrading and And1 should get an extra first round pick in the upcoming draft ( #7 pick not to screw anyone else over)

I think delete "Ryans" players which is Jay-Z and Swat then leave the 2 original players but as a lil penalty make it where Q-York can't sign with anybody and go back into the draft.

Just make all 4 defaults and allow Nate to make his own players at the end of the season.

shouldn't starbury be the one punished? right now and1 is the only one really suffering; other people will do it to, if they see that u can just cheat, confess, and walk back into this league.

Well aboput the whole thing... AND 1 is suffering the most... If I were the comimsh I would let Starbury finsih out the season and then give AND 1 shoudl get 2 pick in retiren for both Starbury and then the original Q-York 1st round pick that was originally made...its not fair that AND1 get punished for soemthing that wasn't their fault... I am not saying that just because I am on AND1 either...

Here's my take:
Nates wasn't trying to screw over anyone when he went AWOL for as long as he did. I know that he was having trouble with people in other sims and wanted to lay low for awhile. I am glad that he came forward after making a bad decision. I wished that he woulda just showed back up under his real name and just taken over Starbury and Q-York again. But that isn't the case. "Ryan" wasn't real. So neither should his players.
This sim league is the only one worth a shit that I am in. And we have gotten thru alot of issues. I give props to Fireworks for that. He's the most devoted Admin/Simmer that I have ever encountered. So let's try to find a fair solution to both And1 and CSSL.
If "The Rebirth" is deleted then the league is deleted so that's right out. Give him his players, get rid of "Ryan's."
Let Q-York sign with And1 (because that's what should have happened a long time ago). Perhaps penalize Starbs and Q-York from getting any awards (Natesbury, you're cool, but somethings gotta happen) for the 2007 season, and let's just look ahead.

I just remembered something from like last week... I was talking to "Ryan" on AIM the other day and he said his name was NATE... I really didn;t put 2 and 2 together that his name showing was RYAN but he said his name was NATE... so basically I have known about this since then! Im a dummy!

Yes there should be a penalty. I think that I should be able to delete the 2 Ryan's characters and then my penaltyies for Q york and starbury are. not allowing me to upgrade for the rest of the season using ingame milestones. And also banning me from using and award points and earn awards. I think that should be the solution. Im sorry but Converse is not going to the finals! even with Jay Z. Also I dont really think Reebok can go to the finals also. They have to beat Puma or And1 and thats pretty hard. No offense but thats the truth. Sorry I screwed up big time but I didnt mean to cheat in anyway....
