Once you are OVER your allowed 70 cap space. I, Natesbury or The Game/Chamillionaire will PM you telling you that you are over the cap. The day that PM is sent out, you get 3 Game Days to cut player(s) until you are 70 are under. If you don't cut someone by that time, I will randomly select someone to be cut. I will draw the name out of a hat.
