(done for fun in a kind of "Twas the night before Christmas" format)
The Mad Dogs and Misfits
met out on the floor
And at the end of the game,
the Dogs were no more
The Misfits had crushed them
twas a blowout, a rout
The better team won
of that there's no doubt.
The Dogs are disbanded
their days are done
The Misfits victorious,
the good guys one
The Dogs just couldn't handle them,
they just couldn't cope
They thought they could beat them,
were they all on dope?
The Machine and The Choker
they owned the inside
The paint was their home
they protected with pride
They grabbed up the rebounds
just like they were dollars
come on now Mad Dogs
care to give us a "Holla"?
As hard as they tried
as good as they play
they couldn't beat The Misfits
on this particular day
