A broken window may be a clue, but it still doesn't explain how the robbers broke into the house, and left with a 500 pound appliance. "i'm actually kinda impressed", says spike. "how could someone pull that off".
There has also been a string of other robberies in the nearby area. All of them are like spike's, an enigma.
It isn't expected to affect his game in a negetive way. In fact it may serve as an icebreaker for some rookies new to adidas. This season, a "Spike" in adidas's win column is expected, if not garanteed. And they will be leaning on the rooks all season long to provide deapth.
Spike, like any victim prays for never have another robbery, but if it does happen again, hes gonna make the best of it, like in this situation.
