Requirements
1) Player must have been in the League for a FULL 3 Years
2) Player must be maxed out in at LEAST 5 catagories
3) Player must have been an All Star
4) Player must have been a Game MVP
5) Desperado must think the Player is worthy
Advantages of a Hall of Famer
1) When you create a new player, if you have made a HOF, your new player will get 10 more points (Example: 2 HOF = 20 Bonus Points)
2) Your player name will be retired, and no one can have a name close to that
3) Your player will have his own player page
