When Jazz and Fresh Skillz reach their Max in everything (probably a season or two, maybe three), I will let them play out the rest of that season, and then retire them.
If they reach their Max in the offseason, I will let them play the following season, and then retire them after it.

As always with me, this isn't a sure thing....but this is the current plan.
Gives a couple of years for the players to play well and be valuable, but enough time for GMs to know what my players I gonna do so I don't feel like I'm screwing anybody too badly.

I will MOST LIKELY be retiring Jazz and Fresh Skillz after NEXT season (after the 2009 season).
I will then create two new players, who will enter the draft after the 2009 season.
This is not 100% definite. But this is what I am currently planning on doing.

Just some info, as ive been updated the Maniac and T-Balla very much, if have way through next season, The Maniac has gotten the playing time i know he should get, I will retire him after next season. T-Balla is too damn good tho and he will stay. I will create a new player, but im homping The Maniac gets some playing time.
